We offer a fully flexible approach to meeting your needs.  We understand that relationship breakdowns do not just occur during the normal “9 to 5” working day, and you may need our help outside of those hours.

 

Therefore, we are reasonably contactable on mobile phone and email at most times when you are likely to need our help.  We are also on Skype, which assists greatly in contact with international clients.

 

We also operate a “paperless” office.

 

This allows us to provide you with a fast and efficient service.  Wherever possible, we will use email to communicate with you.  This means that you receive our communications instantly, rather than having to wait for the postman.  It also means that we can respond to you faster.

 

Our digital document management system stores the documents on secure servers. This means that only authorised users are able to retrieve the documents, making it more secure than paper, which could fall into the wrong hands.
